Challenge: Most organizations can write good-looking plans and slides. The problems start when different stakeholders try to use them. Every group reads the same sentences differently, fills in the gaps with its own assumptions, and meetings turn into loops of clarification rather than real decisions.
Decision Clarity System: The Decision Clarity System turns a messy project into a short list of concrete decisions. Each decision is one clear sentence that spells out the choice, the trade-off, and who owns it. Together, they form a backbone that everyone can use in plans, slides, and meetings without talking past each other.
Decision backbones: These documents show the complete set of decisions a project relies on during execution. Options are closed, owners are named, and downsides are accepted.
Services: We apply the same logic to live initiatives approaching an irreversible commitment. In a fixed-scope Decision Readiness Review, we rebuild the decision backbone from existing drafts and make unresolved trade-offs explicit. The result is a clear set of decisions that holds across documents and meetings.

We are Miriam and Christian Ullrich.
Christian works with organizations on complex initiatives where decisions matter and need to hold up across reviews, documents, and meetings. His work focuses on making decisions explicit when wording, assumptions, and trade-offs are unclear. He does not produce slides, analyses, or training materials. He helps teams state what they are actually committing to.
Miriam supports the work by helping keep the material clear and readable. She reviews structure and wording so the content makes sense beyond the people who created it.
